Welcome to ArtistaHub.com. We are committed to building a creative, safe, and trustworthy community for artists and fans. This Artist & Content Policy outlines the standards all creators must follow when using our platform.

By creating an account or posting any content on ArtistaHub, you agree to comply with this policy in addition to our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptable Use

Artists may upload and display original creative works, including:

• Stickers
• Keychains
• Prints (fan art or original art)
• Animation artwork
• Fan merchandise
• Handmade goods
• Digital art

All content must follow the rules below.

2. Prohibited Content

You may NOT upload, post, or display:

2.1 Explicit Adult Content

• Nudity or pornography
• Explicit sexual acts or poses
• Suggestive content intended for adult audiences
• Fetish, erotic, or NSFW illustrations

Note: Slightly stylized or "cute" artistic depictions are okay if they are not sexualized or adult-oriented.

2.2 Violent or Graphic Content

• Gore
• Excessive blood
• Depictions of self-harm or harm to others
• Extreme horror imagery intended to disturb

2.3 Hateful or Abusive Content

• Art promoting hate speech
• Racist, sexist, homophobic, or discriminatory themes
• Harassment or targeted bullying
• Violent political propaganda

2.4 Dangerous or Illegal Content

• Fraudulent listings
• Scam attempts
• Sale of illegal items
• Weapons, drugs, counterfeit items

2.5 Misleading, Spam, or Low-Quality Content

• Mass-produced AI images with no artistic value
• AI art posted without disclosure (see 3.3)
• Repetitive spam listings
• Misleading information

3. Copyright, Ownership & AI Art

3.1 You Must Own the Rights

Artists may only upload content they created or own the rights to. No stolen artwork, traced art, copied designs, or copyright violations.

3.2 Fan Art

Fan art is permitted as long as:

• It is clearly transformative
• It does not violate the trademarks or copyrights of major brands
• It does not claim official affiliation with the IP owner

3.3 AI-Generated Art

AI art is allowed ONLY if:

• You created it personally
• You significantly edited or transformed it
• You clearly label it as "AI-Assisted Artwork"

No automated mass posting of AI images.

4. Artist Behavior & Marketplace Conduct

All artists must act professionally and respectfully:

• No harassment or abusive communication
• No impersonation of another artist
• No fake identity, fake shops, or stolen social profiles
• No manipulating search rankings
• No posting false claims about other creators
• No scam practices (fake sales, fake orders, fake reviews)

5. Listing Requirements

Every listing must include:

• Accurate title
• Proper category
• Clear description
• Original images (no watermarks from other platforms)
• Transparent pricing

Listings must not redirect users to external marketplaces to bypass ArtistaHub.

6. Account Enforcement & Penalties

If a creator violates this policy, ArtistaHub may take any of the following actions:

• Remove specific listings
• Issue warnings
• Apply temporary account restriction
• Disable or suspend the account
• Permanently terminate the account for severe or repeat violations

ArtistaHub reserves the right to make final decisions on content suitability.

If you find content or a user violating this policy, please report it at: support@ArtistaHub.com

8. Updates to This Policy

ArtistaHub may update this policy at any time to reflect changes in safety standards or community needs. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
