1. No Refund Policy

All subscription payments made to ArtistaHub are non-refundable. This includes:

• Monthly subscription fees
• Renewals
• Add-on service fees
• Promotional or discounted subscriptions

Because our services include digital listing, SEO enhancement, and ongoing platform usage, all payments are treated as final.

2. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us or using the account management features on our website.

When you cancel:

• Your cancellation date becomes the start of your 30-day final service period
• You will not be charged during this final 30-day period
• Your profile will remain active for these 30 days
• After 30 days, your subscription will end automatically and your profile may be removed or hidden

Examples:

• Cancel on March 10 → service continues until April 10, no additional charge
• Cancel on July 1 → service continues until July 31, no additional charge

3. Last-Month-Free Guarantee

As part of our cancellation policy, we provide a final month of service at no cost.

This is offered automatically when you request cancellation—no advance notice required.

This allows artists to:

• Close out their listings
• Save their profile content
• Redirect customers to other platforms
• Update or remove links as needed

4. Billing After Cancellation

Once cancellation is requested:

• No future payments will be charged
• Your current billing cycle ends immediately
• The 30-day free final period begins
• Your subscription closes automatically after that period

5. Subscription Reactivation

If you decide to return after cancellation:

• You may reactivate anytime
• A new subscription will begin at the current pricing
• Previous promotions or discounts may not apply
