ArtistaHub provides online tools and directory listings for artists, including:

  • Links to artists' external shops (e.g., Etsy, Shopify, TikTok Shop, personal websites)
  • Subscription-based promotional features
  • Community-focused discovery features

ArtistaHub is not a marketplace. We do not process orders, sell products, or handle transactions between artists and customers. All sales occur on the artist's external platforms.

2. Eligibility

To use ArtistaHub, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Agree to follow all applicable laws

Artists are responsible for ensuring their content and products comply with copyright, local regulations, and platform rules.

3. Artist Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Update your profile as needed
  • Maintain security of your login credentials
  • Be responsible for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or remove accounts that violate our policies.

4. Subscription Fees

ArtistaHub offers monthly subscription-based services. By subscribing, you agree that:

  • Payments are billed monthly unless canceled
  • Fees are non-refundable
  • You may cancel anytime, and service will continue through your current billing cycle
  • Prices may change with notice

Failure to pay may result in suspension or removal of your profile.

5. SEO Tools and Visibility Disclaimer

ArtistaHub provides SEO-enhanced profile pages, keyword templates, and optimization features to increase visibility. However, you understand and agree that:

  • We cannot guarantee top Google rankings
  • Search engine results vary by location, device, and competition
  • SEO improvements take time and depend on factors outside our control
  • Your profile performance will depend partly on your content quality

We promise effort, not guaranteed ranking positions.

6. User Content & Copyright

Artists upload content such as:

  • Images
  • Artwork
  • Logos
  • Descriptions
  • Shop links
  • Profile text

You retain ownership of all your content. By uploading, you grant ArtistaHub a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Display your content on your profile
  • Promote your artist page within our website
  • Improve SEO indexing

You may remove your content at any time. Artists are fully responsible for ensuring they have rights to all content they upload. ArtistaHub is not responsible for copyright disputes between artists and third parties.

7. Prohibited Content

You may NOT upload or promote:

  • Stolen, plagiarized, or copyrighted content you don't own
  • Hate speech, harassment, or harmful materials
  • Adult/NSFW content that violates platform standards
  • Malware, scams, or misleading information
  • Anything illegal under U.S. law

Violations may result in account removal.

8. External Links

Artist profiles may include outbound links (Etsy, Shopify, social media, personal websites). You understand that:

  • ArtistaHub is not responsible for external websites
  • We do not control external content, pricing, or store policies
  • Any transaction between you and a buyer happens outside ArtistaHub

We do not provide order support for external shops.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You upload illegal or harmful content
  • You misuse platform features
  • You fail to pay your subscription

You may terminate your subscription at any time through your account settings.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

ArtistaHub is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee:

  • Specific sales increases
  • Guaranteed SEO ranking positions
  • Uninterrupted platform availability
  • Error-free performance
  • Buyer traffic or customer conversions

You use the website at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, ArtistaHub is not liable for:

  • Loss of revenue or profits
  • Loss of visibility or ranking changes
  • Disputes between artists and customers
  • Copyright or trademark violations
  • Content uploaded by users
  • Downtime, errors, or data loss
  • Issues with external platforms (Etsy, Shopify, TikTok, etc.)

Our maximum liability will not exceed the amount you have paid in the last 3 months.

12. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates means you accept the new Terms.
